    Job Description

    Reports to: Managing Partners
    Salary and other Benefits: As per rule of Firm.
    Age limit: Above 25 years. 

    Job Overview:

    An Accountant and administrative officer will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and preparing reports, keeping track of the clients, and ensure they comply with financial regulations and assist in audit of firm also provide administrative supports to ensure efficient operation of office along handling various task related to admin.

    Accounts related duties:

    • Maintain and update financial Records, Including ledgers, Journals and Database/software.
    • Process invoices, bills and payment.
    • Calculate and process payroll for employees.
    • Prepare financial statements, reports and budgets
    • Prepare and file tax returns, Including VAT and Income Tax.
    • Ensure Compliance with Accounting standard, Policies and Procedure.

    Admin related duties:

    • Manage office supplies and equipment.
    • Handle office communication, including email and phone calls with clients.
    • Schedule and Co-ordinate meetings and appointments
    • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
    • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
    • Documentation of Records.
    • Maintain and update administrative records
    • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
    • Handle confidential information with integrity.

    Qualification and other criteria:

    • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or finance or similar role.
    • Proven experience as an accountant, admin or similar role for at least 3 years.
    • Proficiency in Accounting software, such as tally, Swastik, Excel, Ms-word & PowerPoint
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities.
