    Job Description

    Location: Any where in Karnali Province (1) Sudurpaschim Province (1)

    Industry: Construction / Brick Manufacturing Role

    Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and ensure revenue growth while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities for Good Bricks System and Good Bricks
    • Actively engage in lead generation through cold calling and networking
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
    • Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients, including site visits to factory.
    • Present and promote products effectively to prospective customers.
    • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up for deal closures.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
    • Coordinate with the Factory team to ensure smooth sales operations.
    • Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular progress reports to the concerned authority
    Key Skills & Competencies 
    • Intermediate or a Bachelor Degree from a recognized institution.
    • 1-2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the brick/construction industry.
    • Prior experience or a strong client base in the construction sector will be an advantage.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
