1. Under the Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit the BID (as per the project BoQ attached), in the sealed envelope.
2. Interested Eligible and Qualified Bidders are required to submit the Sealed Bids to IDS-Nepal, Jajarkot Office, and by email above mentioned official email address, on or before 12:00 Noon on 2024/07/18 (2081/04/03 BS). Bids document also can be download from IDS-Nepal official website:
3. Date of Bid Opening is within 7 days from the Deadline of Submission of Bids within the office hours, at the respective Jajarkot office.
4. If the last date of submission and opening of bids falls on a government/public holiday, then the same time of next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity period shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
5. Please do not modify or make changes in the contents of the bidding specifications or quantities, or else the quotation might be disqualified in such cases.
6. The bidding document should be submitted in a sealed envelope and should include information of bid work and bidder’s name on the envelope.
7. Closed/ sealed bids, with company seal and authorized signature shall be entertained.  E-documents or electronic submission of the bid will be entertained in the bidding process. The submission within the deadlines will only be entertained for bid-evaluation.
8. The bidders need to submit the company registration legal documents & tax clearance of the current fiscal year together with bid application, the company profile, at least 2 number supply experience letter & turnover of last three years is necessary to include.
9. The unit price furnished in words shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between figures and words.
10. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid. The employer shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or submission of Bids.
11. IDS-Nepal, Central Office, Kathmandu & Jajarkot reserves all rights to accept or reject any parts or whole bid document without assigning any reason whatsoever.
