    Supply of Pocket diary with sponsorship message

    Centre for Equal Access Development (CEAD) Nepal are partner NGO of World Vision International Nepal (WVIN) working with children through Protection and Sponsorship project in Doti district. CEAD Nepal is going to procure the following items through open RFQ process with having specification and quantity as per below, hence it invites interested Request for Pocket diary with sponsorship message (RFQ) to supply it.

    Inside: 26 pages one color (80 GSM maplitho)

    Cover: 4 Pages multi-color with matt lamination (300 gsm art board paper)

    Size: 4 by 6.5 inch

    Binding: center stitch (Plastic cover or without plastic cover)

    		  

    1. Interested suppliers has to submit application from 16 May 2024 To 30 May 2024
    2. The submission of email request to: ceadsupplychain3@gmail.com along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, copy of license, tax clearance certificate or has to submit physically at CEAD Nepal office at silgadhi doti.
    3. Pocket Diary sample should be provided necessary.
    4. CEAD Nepal may establish a one-year long framework agreement with the awarded supplier.
    5. CEAD Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this RFQ as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
    6. (Tax clearance of 1 years should be submitted while requesting the bidding document)
