Job Description

• The Quality Team Leader is responsible for providing work guidance and supervision to the quality team.
• They oversee various quality-related activities, including missing parts management, sampling verification, torque, engraving, Work in Process Control (WPC), repair processes, inspection report management, and incoming inspection.
• The team leader plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to quality standards, efficient inspection processes, and timely resolution of quality issues.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or automobile with 1+ years or diploma with 2+ years experience in a quality-related role, preferably in automobile manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with missing parts management, sampling verification, torque operations, engraving processes, and WPC.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and inspection report management.
